    Frames are time freezed in medium like film or in digital format. They are the building blocks of any videos. A two hour movie contains more than 1.5 lakh frames.
    In olden days it was almost 16fps and it gradully increases upto 30fps. Now its 24fps in cinematography and 25fps in videography.
